Where I deliever the most value

Design Systems

For me design systems is a key pillar and one of the most important aspects of a successful digital product design culture. With the emergence of AI it only gets more important and also easier to make world class systems. I’ve built 3 in my time and i’m extremely passionate about the evolution of design systems and how product companies can benefit from them.

  • This is how we scale
  • This is how focus
  • This is how ensure consistency
  • This is how others understand us

Player Coach

I’m a leader that loves to coach and get my hands dirty. Ultimately i’m a designer at heart that has learnt how to get the best out of talented designers and front end engineers. My coaching styling is to be hands on, in the work, directing our vision and design strategy.

Player Coach

As a leader, I thrive on coaching and actively engaging in the work. At my core, I'm a designer who has learnt the skill of bringing out the best in talented designers and front-end engineers. My coaching style is hands-on, guiding our vision and design strategy directly.

Democratizing design

Design has indeed been democratized. Product Owners are conceptualizing ideas using Claude design and code, while engineers have been delivering experiences long before designers entered the scene. I view this as a constructive development, as the true value of design in this context lies in guiding the work and ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the same standards of quality.
