I’m currently leading the design team at Nesto, working to make the mortgage process more accessible and transparent for all Canadians. Since joining, I’ve had the privilege of scaling our design org from a small trio to a robust team of eight. My focus is on setting the strategic direction for our product experience, though I still love "getting my hands dirty" and staying deeply involved in the design process itself.

I was responsible for the hands-on execution and end-to-end design of Nesto’s core consumer application and middle-office platforms. This included developing our AI-driven underwriting system and building out the foundational design system to ensure a high level of craft and consistency across these key product areas.

As Lead Designer for the Marketplace division, I was responsible for the end-to-end user experience and product strategy. I also served as a primary driver in modernizing AppDirect’s design system, overseeing the evolution of our component library, brand implementation, and the underlying operational workflows.

In this second phase at Montrium, I stepped into a leadership role to scale a "small but mighty" design department, balancing strategic growth with high-level execution. While I was responsible for building out the team and architecting our cross-functional workflows, I remained deeply hands-on, directly designing the core product and our evolving design system to ensure we maintained a high bar for craft while maturing our operational standards.

As the founding designer at Montrium, I spearheaded the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical experience by introducing state-of-the-art technology to the industry. As the inaugural design hire, I was responsible for architecting the company’s end-to-end UI/UX infrastructure—defining the frameworks, processes, and design standards that established how the organization approaches product design.
